Section 422A.156 LIMITATION ON CERTAIN BENEFIT PAYMENTS.
422A.156 LIMITATION ON CERTAIN BENEFIT PAYMENTS.
From and after February 8, 1980, nothing contained in section
422A.09, subdivision 3,
clause (2) shall be construed as allowing payment of a retirement allowance or other retirement
benefits other than a disability allowance pursuant to section
422A.18 if otherwise eligible to any
former, present or future elective officer of the city of Minneapolis who has not attained the age of
at least 60 years unless the elective officer has received credit for at least 30 years of services and
retires pursuant to section
422A.15, subdivision 1.
