Section 364.08 PRACTICE OF LAW; EXCEPTION.
364.08 PRACTICE OF LAW; EXCEPTION.
This chapter shall not apply to the practice of law; but nothing in this section shall be
construed to preclude the Supreme Court, in its discretion, from adopting the policies set forth
in this chapter.
