Section 317A.301 OFFICERS REQUIRED.

317A.301 OFFICERS REQUIRED.
A corporation must have one or more natural persons exercising the functions of the offices
of president and treasurer, however designated. The board shall elect or appoint officers, except to
the extent that the articles or bylaws provide that the members may elect or appoint officers.
