Section 291.21 LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION.
291.21 LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION.
Subdivision 1. Rights of commissioner. The commissioner shall have the same rights to
apply for letters of administration as are conferred upon creditors by law.
