Section 632.14 APPEALS IN FIRST DEGREE MURDER CASES.

632.14 APPEALS IN FIRST DEGREE MURDER CASES.
A person who has been convicted of murder in the first degree may appeal directly from
the district court to the Supreme Court. The appeal may include other charges against the same
defendant which were tried in the same trial as the first degree murder charge. The Rules of
Appellate Procedure shall provide the form of the appeal.
