Section 629.65 FEES OF SHERIFF.

629.65 FEES OF SHERIFF.
In a case involving a defendant who violated the conditions of the defendant's release, the
sheriff must be allowed the same fees and mileage for making an arrest or attending before a
judge as for arresting a person under a bench warrant. In all cases the sheriff's fees shall be
paid by the surety or sureties surrendering a defendant who has violated conditions imposed on
the defendant's release under section 629.63.
