629.64 ALLOWING JUDGE TO IMPOSE NEW CONDITIONS OF RELEASE ON
DEFENDANT WHO VIOLATED RELEASE.
When a defendant who has violated conditions imposed on the defendant's release is
surrendered to a judge under section 629.63, the judge shall, in accordance with rules 6.02 and
6.03 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure, continue the release upon the same conditions or impose
different or additional conditions for the defendant's possible release.
