629.49 WHEN A PERSON FAILS TO RECOGNIZE APPREHENSION REQUIRED.
When a person fails to recognize, that person must be apprehended. The court shall order
further disposition of the apprehended person consistent with the provisions of rule 6 of the
Rules of Criminal Procedure.
