Section 629.11 VIOLATION A GROSS MISDEMEANOR.
629.11 VIOLATION A GROSS MISDEMEANOR.
Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person
in custody under the governor's warrant in willful disobedience to section
629.10 is guilty of a
gross misdemeanor.
