Section 550.06 EXECUTION AFTER DEATH.

550.06 EXECUTION AFTER DEATH.
After the expiration of one year from the death of a party against whom judgment has been
rendered, execution thereon may be issued against any property upon which such judgment was a
lien at the time of the party's death, and may be executed in the same manner and with like effect
as if the party were living.
