Section 549.12 AGAINST GUARDIAN OF INFANT PLAINTIFF.
549.12 AGAINST GUARDIAN OF INFANT PLAINTIFF.
When costs or disbursements are adjudged against an infant plaintiff, the guardian by whom
the infant appears in the action shall be responsible for them, and judgment therefor may be
entered against both infant and guardian.
