373.44 REVENUE FINANCING AUTHORITY; ICE FACILITIES.
For the purpose of acquiring, leasing, equipping, or maintaining land or buildings for use
as an indoor ice arena as defined in section
373.43, a county has the same authority and powers
granted to a city by section
471.191.
