Section 299C.64 BUREAU IMMUNITY.
299C.64 BUREAU IMMUNITY.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is immune from any civil or criminal liability that
might otherwise arise under sections
299C.60 to
299C.63, based on the accuracy or completeness
of any records it receives from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, if the bureau acts in good faith.
