2005 Minnesota Statutes - 383C.201 — Ambulance service.



     383C.201 Ambulance service.  


    The Board of County Commissioners of St. Louis County may 
 contract with the owner, owners, or operators of a licensed 
 ambulance upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon 
 between them for the use of ambulance service in the county.  
 The board may appropriate all money necessary to carry out the 
 provisions of this section.
