2005 Minnesota Statutes - 270.45 — Disposition of fees.

     270.45 Disposition of fees. 


    All fees so established and collected shall be paid to the 
 commissioner of finance for deposit in the general fund.  The 
 expenses of carrying out the provisions of sections 270.41 to 
 270.53 shall be paid from appropriations made to the Board of 
 Assessors.
