2005 Minnesota Statutes - 136F.49 — Licensure.



     136F.49 Licensure. 


    The board shall adopt policies for licensure of teaching 
 personnel in technical colleges and for vocational technical 
 instructors teaching outside the Minnesota State Colleges and 
 Universities system.  The board may establish a processing fee 
 for the issuance, renewal, or extension of a license.
