CONSTITUTION OF MICHIGAN OF 1963

§ 36 Tax on tobacco products; dedication of proceeds.

Sec. 36.

Six percent of the proceeds of the tax on tobacco products shall be dedicated to improving the quality of health care of the residents of this state.
