Act 8 of 1952 780.174 Foreign state as reciprocating state; declaration; revocation. Sec. 24. Where the director of social services is satisfied that reciprocal provisions will be made by any foreign state for the enforcement in that foreign state of support orders made within this state, the director of social services, with the approval of the attorney general, may declare the foreign state to be a reciprocating state for the purpose of this act. Any such order may be revoked by the director of social services, and the state with respect to which the order was made shall then cease to be a reciprocating state for the purposes of this act.
