Act 328 of 1931 750.563 Livestock or poultry; duty in weighing. Sec. 563. Duty of persons weighing cattle, etc.—Any person who shall weigh for any person purchasing, or selling, or offering for sale, any live stock, neat cattle, sheep, swine, poultry, or other live animals, or any beef, pork, mutton, fowls, or other animals when dressed, or any hay, grain or produce, and shall fail, neglect or refuse to make a true and correct weight or weights thereof or give to the purchaser and seller, or person offering the same for sale, when requested, the true, full, correct and gross amount of any and all such weights, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
