Act 328 of 1931 750.159t Seizure of constitutionally protected materials. Sec. 159t. Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter, the prosecuting agency shall not seize materials presumptively protected by the first amendment to the constitution of the United States in a manner that violates that constitutional provision.
