Act 298 of 1966 51.352a Commissioners; compensation. Sec. 2a. Each commissioner may receive compensation for each day's service and such necessary expenses and mileage as may be incurred in the actual performance of his duties, as fixed by the county board of commissioners. In no event shall compensation be paid or allowed for more than 30 days in any 1 year.
