Act 161 of 1988 487.2070 Action by person, county prosecuting attorney, or attorney general. Sec. 20. A person, county prosecuting attorney, or the attorney general may bring an action to: (a) Obtain a declaratory judgment that a method, act, or practice is in violation of this act. (b) Enjoin a person who is engaging or is about to engage in a method, act, or practice which violates this act. (c) Recover actual damages resulting from a violation of this act, or $250.00, whichever is greater, together with reasonable attorney's fees and the costs of bringing the action.
