474.60g Replacement operator.

Sec. 10g.

The director or his or her designee may select, using any means at his or her disposal, a replacement operator for a segment on an emergency basis if the person operating the segment under contract with the department discontinues service voluntarily or is removed from the segment by the department for failure to comply with the terms of its operating agreement. The designation shall only be effective until the divestiture procedures as provided in this act are completed for the segment.
