Act 40 of 1899 458.258 Record of proceedings; inspection, evidence. Sec. 8. The vestry shall keep a record of their proceedings, which, together with a record of the meetings of the congregation of the parish, shall, at all times, be open to the inspection of any officer of the parish, and of all persons qualified to vote at the annual meeting of such church. Such records shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
