EXECUTIVE REORGANIZATION ORDER

Transfer of certain functions relating to career and technical education services, adult education services, and postsecondary services from the state board of education or the superintendent of public instruction to the department of career development by type II transfer; transfer of certain functions associated with MEAP assessments from the department of education to the department of treasury by type II transfer.
