Act 160 of 1996 388.515 Participation in intercollegiate athletics prohibited. Sec. 5. An eligible student enrolled in a postsecondary institution under this act shall not participate in intercollegiate athletics at the postsecondary institution while he or she is enrolled under this act. An eligible student who violates this subsection forfeits his or her eligibility under this act.
