290.558 Bean commission; body corporate, seal, records as evidence.

Sec. 8.

The commission is a body corporate and may sue and be sued and contract and be contracted with. The commission shall adopt a seal. Copies of the proceedings, records and acts of the commission, when certified by the secretary and authenticated by the seal, shall be admissible in evidence in all courts of this state, and shall be prima facie evidence of the truth of all statements therein contained.
