HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES ACT

Act 188 of 1965

AN ACT to regulate the intrastate distribution and sale of hazardous substances intended or suitable for household use; and to prescribe penalties.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 286.461Carriers, access to records; admissibility of evidence in criminal prosecution.
Section 286.462Publication of reports; dissemination of information.
