Act 72 of 1979 21.290 Reporting estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions under § 141.501 et seq. Sec. 20. The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to Act No. 284 of the Public Acts of 1964, as amended, being sections 141.501 to 141.787 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
