Act 106 of 1945 2.102b Employee acceptance of free meals or lodging; policy. Sec. 2b. The travel bureau shall develop with the department of commerce a formal, written policy governing travel bureau employee acceptance of free meals or lodging, and implement that policy within 1 year of the effective date of the amendatory act that added this section.
