***** Act 27 of 2002 THIS ACT IS REPEALED BY ACT 27 OF 2002 EFFECTIVE MARCH 6, 2007 ***** AN ACT to establish procedures for municipalities to designate individual lots or structures as blighting; to purchase or condemn blighting property; to transfer blighting property for development; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.
