Act 133 of 1974 125.773 Approval of smoke detection systems and installation; penalty. Sec. 3. (1) The construction code commission of the department of labor shall approve the smoke detection systems and the installation of the above items. (2) A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.
