Act 128 of 1999 125.2767 Implementation of act; waiver. Sec. 7. If a waiver of federal law, rule, or policy is needed to implement this act, the housing commission and the Michigan state housing development authority may work together to obtain the appropriate waivers from the appropriate federal authorities.
