Act 279 of 1909 117.15a Incorporation; expenses of charter commission; payment. Sec. 15a. When the residents of a township have voted to incorporate the entire township or fractional part thereof as a city, the township or townships may pay the expenses of a charter commission before an affirmative vote is taken on the charter.
