§ 27-106 - Penalty for failure to comply with identification decals on propane fueled vehicles and mandatory seatbelt use and certain parking violations [Effective until October 1, 2013].
§27-106.
(a) Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 22-404.4 of this article shall be fined $250.
(b) Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 22-412.3 of this article is subject to a fine of not more than $25, including court costs.
(c) Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 21-1003(u) or (dd) of this article is subject to a fine of $25.

(a) Penalty for violation of § 22-404.4. -- Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 22-404.4 of this article shall be fined $ 250.
(b) Penalty for violation of § 21-1003(u) or (dd). -- Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 21-1003(u) or (dd) of this article is subject to a fine of $ 25.
