§ 9-335 - Surrender of bond
MD Tax-Gen Code § 9-335 (2013) What's This?
§9-335.
The Comptroller shall surrender the bond filed by a licensee if:
(1) the license is revoked or canceled; and
(2) the licensee has paid all motor fuel taxes, interest, and penalties that are due.
