§ 15-707 - Additional reports from individual regulated lobbyist -- Contributions for benefit of certain officials or candidates

§15-707.

(a) In addition to any other report required under this subtitle, an individual regulated lobbyist described in § 15-701(a)(1), (2), (3), or (4) of this subtitle shall file a separate report disclosing any contributions made:

(1) directly or indirectly by the regulated lobbyist;

(2) during the reporting period;

(3) under the provisions of the Election Law Article; and

(4) for the benefit of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, or member of the General Assembly, or a candidate for election to any of those offices.

(b) The report shall state:

(1) the name of each official or candidate for whose benefit a contribution was made; and

(2) the total contributions for the benefit of that official or candidate.

(c) The report shall be filed at the time and in the manner prescribed for reports filed under § 15-704 of this subtitle.
