§ 7-211 - Frederick County

§7-211.
(a) To encourage volunteer service in Frederick County, the Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County may enact a monetary service award plan based on length of service for members of volunteer fire companies in Frederick County.
(b) The Board of County Commissioners may implement the plan by enacting ordinances or resolutions that relate to the provisions and implementation of the plan.
