§12-919.
The provisions of this subtitle creating the Board and relating to the regulation of boilers or pressure vessels and any regulations adopted under this subtitle are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, 2014.
§ 12-919 - Termination of § 12-904.
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act, § 12-904 of this subtitle shall terminate on July 1, 2024.
