§ 4-1040 - Clam dredges in restricted areas; possession of oysters aboard clam dredge boats

§4-1040.
(a) A clam dredge in or crossing a restricted area shall have the dredge’s conveyor raised above the surface of the water.
(b) A person may not have any oysters aboard a clam dredge boat.
