§ 14-705 - Obligations of certified nonprofit corporation [Subtitle subject to abrogation].

§14-705. IN EFFECT

A certified nonprofit corporation shall:
(1) comply with this subtitle; and
(2) be subject to §§ 27-203, 27-303(2), and 27-304(1) through (15) of this article.
