§ 5-402 - Public Assistance to Adults Program

§5-402.

(a) There is a State funded Public Assistance to Adults Program in the Administration.

(b) The Program shall be:

(1) in effect in each county; and

(2) administered by the local departments in accordance with regulations that the Administration adopts.
