§ 14-5B-12.1 - Notification of change in name or address; penalty.


MD Health Occ Code § 14-5B-12.1 (2013) What's This?

(a) Notification of change in name or address. -- A licensee shall notify the Board in writing of a change in name or address within 60 days after the change.

(b) Penalty. -- A licensee who fails to comply with subsection (a) of this section is subject to an administrative penalty of $ 100.
