§ 11-412 - Voluntary surrender of license


MD Fin Inst Code § 11-412 (2013) What's This?

§11-412.

(a) A licensee may surrender the license by delivering to the Commissioner a written statement that the license is surrendered.

(b) The surrender of a license does not affect any civil or criminal liability of the licensee for acts committed before the license was surrendered.
