§ 9-677 - Adoption of rules and regulations


MD Env Code § 9-677 (2013) What's This?

§9-677.

(a) The Sanitary Commission shall propose and, with the approval of the Dorchester County Commissioners, given after a public hearing, shall adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this subtitle that relate to shared facilities.

(b) These rules and regulations shall include provisions for:

(1) Classification of properties in the shared facilities area; and

(2) Levy of benefit assessments in accordance with this subtitle.
