§ 3-12A-04 - Compensation and salaries


MD Educ Code § 3-12A-04 (2013) What's This?

(a) Compensation. -- Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the voting members shall receive compensation as set by the County Council.

(b) Salaries. --

(1) The salary of each voting member of the county board shall be at least $ 3,200.

(2) The salary of the president of the county board shall be at least $ 3,600.
