§ 4-608 - Maryland Historical Trust

§4-608.

(a) All artwork funded by the Program is the property of the Maryland Historical Trust.

(b) In cooperation with the Department of General Services, the Maryland Historical Trust is responsible for the inventory, maintenance, and preservation of all artwork acquired through the Program.
