§ 17-901 - Definitions

§17-901.
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Peddler” includes a hawker, a huckster, and a mobile vendor.
(c) “Peddler license” means a license issued by the clerk to act as a peddler.
