Section 13-939.2 - Registration fees for low speed vehicle: Class R (low speed) vehicles.
§ 13-939.2. Registration fees for low speed vehicle: Class R (low speed) vehicles.
(a) Classification.- When registered with the Administration, every low speed vehicle is a Class R (low speed) vehicle.
(b) Annual fee.- For each Class R (low speed) vehicle, the annual registration fee is $35.00.
