Section 9-935 - Officers.
§ 9-935. Officers.
(a) In general.- From among its members, the Commission may elect:
(1) a chairman;
(2) a vice chairman; and
(3) a secretary and a treasurer or a secretary-treasurer.
(b) Elections and terms of office.- The manner of election of officers and their terms of office shall be as the Commission determines.
